Pyramid promotional schemes are banned in every EU member state under Directive 2005/29/EC (Annex I, point 14). Italy adds Law 173/2005, which regulates direct selling and prohibits earnings tied to recruitment, entry fees and forced stock purchases.
MLM Europa compensation plans pay on product volume, and every commission is traced to the order that generated it. We do not build or host investment schemes, guaranteed returns or plans that pay for recruitment alone.

How long does it take to go live?

Is the software GDPR compliant?
Yes. Data is hosted on servers in Germany, we sign a data processing agreement, the platform records consents and supports access and deletion requests. The development team in India works under standard contractual clauses.
Can I get the source code?
Yes. The one-time licence includes the full source code of the platform, built on Laravel. For companies that prefer not to run servers there is a managed subscription edition.
Is network marketing legal in Europe?
Yes, when earnings come from selling products or services to end customers, not from recruiting. Pyramid schemes are banned across the EU and, in Italy, specifically by Law 173/2005. The platform makes the origin of every commission verifiable.
