Data we process
Data you give us through the site forms: name, company, e-mail, phone, compensation plan of interest, expected network size and your message.
Technical data collected automatically by the hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) for security and abuse prevention: IP address, user agent, date and time of the request. Site statistics are collected without cookies and without identifying you.
Purposes and legal basis
Answering your demo, information or quote request: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Site security and abuse prevention: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We send no newsletter and do not use your data for marketing without a separate consent.
Retention
Form data is kept for 24 months from the last contact, unless a contract is entered into in the meantime. Security data is kept by Cloudflare for the time strictly needed under its policies.
Recipients
Data is handled by Bpract EU sales staff and by the Bpract support team in India, and by the following providers acting as processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (site hosting, abuse protection, cookieless statistics), based in the United States and certified under the Data Privacy Framework; the site is served from Cloudflare's European network.
- Google LLC (Google Workspace, e-mail), based in the United States and certified under the Data Privacy Framework.
- Bpract One, Bpract's internal customer management platform.
Transfers outside the EU
The controller is established in India. Processing by the Indian team relies on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR). For the US providers listed above the basis is their Data Privacy Framework certification.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing based on legitimate interest (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). Write to info@bpract.com: we answer within 30 days.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
Changes
If we change this notice we update the date at the top. Material changes are announced on the site.
