The software presented on this site is Cloud MLM Software, developed by Bpract since 2015. Licence, subscription and support terms are set out in the contract signed with each client, not in this notice.

We do not design, sell or host platforms for investment schemes, guaranteed returns, chain letters or plans that reward recruitment alone. We verify a client's business before launch and reserve the right to stop the service in case of breach of Directive 2005/29/EC or national law such as Italy's Law 173/2005.
